A third-party provider receives names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in sponsored search forms. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you send a message, we use its contents only to respond.

Normal hosting logs can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review combined traffic to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Limited Data
Technical data helps operate the site, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Indiana Privacy Rights
The Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act, IC 24-15, gives covered consumers rights that may include access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, and certain opt-outs. Because we retain very little, a request generally concerns contact messages or available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Indiana, Lake County, or Hammond custodians remain outside our control and must be addressed with the office responsible for that record.
